As a Project/Site Mobilisation Manager you will lead site mobilisation and operational readiness for construction projects, ensuring seamless setup of site accommodation (temporary and standalone), temporary utilities, security, and overall site logistics. You will be responsible for Project Package Budgets, team leadership, safety, site culture, regulatory compliance, and supporting business development (tendering & work winning).

This is a hybrid role that involves working across multiple sites. The successful candidate will be required to travel to different sites, including international assignments as required. 

Responsibilities

Site Mobilisation & Setup

  • Lead mobilisation planning and execution for all new projects (site facilities, welfare, compound setup, temporary power, and utilities).
  • Oversee installation of site accommodation units, temporary power systems, CCTV surveillance, hoarding, fencing and controlled access points.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and commissioning

Operational & Team Leadership

  • Own full Package Budgets for mobilisation operations, including resource planning and cost control.
  • Procurement and manage all equipment and materials required
  • Be able to produce and deliver on programmes
  • Recruit, manage and mentor site mobilisation teams and subcontractors.
  • Establish KPIs and discipline for performance, safety, quality, and compliance.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all site setup and mobilisation complies with Sisk standards and local regulations
  • Prepare / review RAMS
  • Prepare /Review Lift plans
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies when required.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, supply chain and internal stakeholders during mobilisation / demobilisation.
  • Support tendering and bid preparation with mobilisation schedules, cost estimates and risk planning.
  • Attend pre-start meetings, project briefings and post mobilisation reviews.

Commercial & Reporting

  • Monitor budgets and report financial performance, forecasts and risk
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise site setup processes and cost efficiencies.
  • Provide leadership in market engagement to help win new business contracts.

Experience

  • Extensive experience in construction mobilisation, site management or plant hire operations.
  • Proven track record of P&L responsibility and team leadership.

Qualifications

  • Degree or qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline preferred.
  • Excellent project planning, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of site utilities (power, water, telecom, IT), temporary facilities and security setup (CCTV, fencing/hoarding).
  • Thorough working knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards in construction, ideally from a Tier 1.
  • CAD drawing requirement
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel to sites, including international assignments as required.
