The HVAC Service Sales Representative plays a key role in driving business growth by promoting and selling preventive maintenance agreements and service contracts. This position blends technical understanding of HVAC systems with strong sales and relationship-building capabilities, ensuring clients receive dependable and cost-effective service solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect for and generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and on-site visits.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend customised HVAC service and maintenance solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals for service contracts and preventive maintenance agreements.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing ongoing support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with service teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance agreements.
- Record sales activities in CRM systems and produce regular performance reports.
- Remain informed of HVAC industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated sales experience, ideally within HVAC, building services, or a technical sales environment.
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance practices; a technical background is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong customer-centric approach with proven negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Competency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Full, valid driver’s licence and flexibility to travel locally for client meetings.
