Logistics is a trillion-euro industry still powered by billions of phone calls, emails, and spreadsheets. Axe replaces this manual work with intelligent AI agents - so human teams can focus on high-impact, strategic work.

Founded by James McElroy and Dan Quill (exits to Blackstone and Wayflyer), Axe has grown rapidly in its first 7 months. We’re building a world-class team to create a generational AI company and modernise how the physical economy runs.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Owning full customer journeys, including onboarding and expanding customers using our AI agents

• Supporting day-to-day operations and customer communication

• Building custom solutions for clients

• Managing customer feedback and identifying growth opportunities

• Collaborating with product and engineering to improve internal tooling

• Building and documenting scalable processes

• Working with data and automation tools (e.g. n8n, Zapier)

• Preparing materials and insights for team and customer meetings

• You’re tech-savvy (or have a semi-technical background) and curious about how AI agent products work

• You’ve worked on projects or side hustles that show initiative and drive

• You’re organised, hands-on, and not afraid of unglamorous work

• You enjoy solving problems and figuring things out independently

• You’re early in your career and eager to learn quickly

• You’re excited to help build something from the ground up

• You only want to do high-level “strategic” work

• You’re not comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once

• You don’t enjoy working directly with customers or in dynamic environments

• You’re not interested in AI, tech, or startups
