Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

 

Our purpose is to deliver a people experience which allows our people and the business to thrive.

As a HR graduate you will develop an understanding on how our function contributes and supports the overall business strategy as well as gaining exposure to all aspects of HR.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Support compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions accurately and within agreed timelines, including onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding.
  • Respond to employee queries in a professional and timely manner, escalating complex issues where appropriate.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for employee relations cases.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of wellbeing initiatives and employee engagement activities.
  • Support HR communication forums and help promote key people initiatives across the business.
  • Prepare HR reports, documents, and correspondence as required.
  • Provide general HR administrative support to ensure the effective operation of the HR function.
  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues across the business while developing a broad understanding of HR best practice.

This role will provide the opportunity to gain exposure to multiple areas of HR, including employee relations, engagement, reward, learning and development, recruitment, and HR operations.

 

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

You will support our team to move the dial positively on some of our key people metrics including, absenteeism, retention & attrition and employee engagement.



Key Skills & Knowledge

 

Essential:

·        Must have level 8 or 9 qualification in a relevant discipline (graduated within the last 2 years)

·        2 years administration experience within a HR environment.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Be able to perform well under pressure in an ever-changing environment

·        Highly accurate and fine attention to detail essential

·        Candidates must speak fluent English. Additional language skills would also be desirable.

·        Candidate will need their own transport.
