Join us in creating a workplace where safety is everyone's responsibility.</span></p></div></div><div style='padding 10px 0px;border 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size16px;word-wrap break-word;'><H2 style='font-size 1em; margin 0px'><b>What you'll be doing </b></H2> </div><div><ul><li style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;>Implement new plant modifications/ processes that are required as part of the enzyme business strategy.</span></li><li style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;>Develop a working knowledge of the site’s existing & future asset base.</span></li><li style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;>Implement a system of planned maintenance routines correctly in a timely manner so as to minimise plant downtime.</span></li><li style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;>Use of Permit To Work System to implement all maintenance work in a safe manner.</span></li><li style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;>Use of a computer maintenance system to manage/track all planned/unplanned work requests, record work done, parts used & maintain a history of the site’s current & future asset base.</span></li><li style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;>Troubleshoot all breakdowns & to continuously improve existing design/routines so as to minimise downtime & maximise asset productivity.</span></li><li style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;>Adhere to the required good manufacturing practices and maintains the area in a clean and tidy condition in line with the site safety and quality excellence principles.</span></li><li style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;>Help implement the model of continuous improvement and adapt to new plant technologies and processes.</span></li></ul></div></div><div style='padding 10px 0px;border 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size16px;word-wrap break-word;'><H2 style='font-size 1em; margin 0px'><b>What you can bring to the role </b></H2> </div><div><ul><li style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;>Completion of a relevant electrical apprenticeship</span></li><li style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;>Previous experience in a GMP regulated industry</span></li><li style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;>Proven experience with instrumentation set-up & maintenance in a PLC environment</span></li><li style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;>Basic mechanical skills required for equipment isolation & first line troubleshooting. This will also be required as part of the call out duties of the role.</span></li><li style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;>Good team-working & communication skills.</span></li><li style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;>Working electrical knowledge of equipment typically found in food process industry.</span></li><li style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;>Strong electrical, instrumentation & mechanical trouble shooting & problem solving skills.</span></li><li style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;>Self motivator & self organiser</span></li><li style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;>Computer literate</span></li></ul></div></div></div>
