font-size 12pt; font-family Aptos, sans-serif;><span style=font-size 11.0pt; line-height 115%; font-family Arial, sans-serif;>Biotechnology Understanding of enzyme production, purification, and characterisation. </span></li><li style=line-height 115%; font-size 12pt; font-family Aptos, sans-serif;><span style=font-size 11.0pt; line-height 115%; font-family Arial, sans-serif;>Enzymology Solid foundation in enzyme kinetics, stability, structure–function relationships, and formulation considerations.  </span></li><li style=line-height 115%;
