You will also assist and support other team members and champion internal collaboration. </p></div></div><div style='padding 10px 0px;border 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size16px;word-wrap break-word;'><H2 style='font-size 1em; margin 0px'><b>Key responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p><ul><li>Product Development<ul><li>Support application activity for Pan Europe Bakery customers</li><li>Prepare samples for various Bakery products – Bread, Biscuits, Cakes, etc.,</li><li>Ensure ingredient functionality meets customer requirements in final products.</li><li>Assist in troubleshooting application challenges in collaboration with customers.</li><li>Participate in internal training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and unique selling points.</li><li>Contribute to the rollout of new technologies in partnership with Sales and Marketing teams.</li></ul></li><li>Documentation Develop and maintain detailed product specifications, standards, and project timelines, any competitive analysis & shelf life studies.  Ensure all results are captured. Recorded and filed to ensure availability for future projects.</li></ul></div></div><div style='padding 10px 0px;border 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size16px;word-wrap break-word;'><H2 style='font-size 1em; margin 0px'><b>Qualifications and skills</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p><ul><li>Education Bachelor's degree in Baking Science & Technology or Bakery & Patisserie Technology or Food Science or a related field,</li><li>Experience Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in food product development, preferably in the bakery industry. Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality assurance practices.</li><li>Skills<ul><li>Bakery Application Experience</li><li>Good knowledge on Bakery Ingredients & its application</li><li>Demonstrate ability to use Bakery processing machinery like Mixer & Oven</li><li>Experienced in the upscaling of laboratory experiments in customer’s premises.</li><li>Effective Presentation & communication skills and teamwork</li><li>Work well in an ambiguous setting; self-motivated; proactive</li><li>Desire and willingness for continuous learning</li></ul></li><li>Work Environment<ul><li>This position requires working in both laboratory and production environments.</li><li>Occasional travel to production facilities, customers and industry conferences will be required.</li></ul></li></ul></div></div></div><p>Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent us.
