</div><div><div><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;>In line with Kerry’s commercial strategy for Europe, this role is responsible for developing sales of <strong>value‑added yeast extracts</strong> across key segments including <em>Prepared Meals, Soups, Sauces, Dressings, Processed Meat,</em> and <em>Snacks</em>. Leveraging Kerry’s <strong>Taste Fermentation</strong> portfolio and service offer (salt modulation, natural flavours etc), you will drive commercial growth by identifying opportunities, deepening customer partnerships, and ensuring the delivery of sales targets in the designated End Use Markets. You will serve as a <em>technical and commercial</em> expert, supporting customers in product application, scale‑up, and troubleshooting while maximizing the value of our fermentation technologies.</span></div></div></div><div style='padding 10px 0px;border 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size16px;word-wrap break-word;'><H2 style='font-size 1em; margin 0px'><b>Key responsibilities</b></H2>

</div><div><ul><li style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><strong>Strong expertise in yeast extracts, fermentation technologies or related food ingredient domains</strong>.</span></li><li style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;>Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.</span></li><li style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;>Ability to build customer intimacy across technical and commercial functions.</span></li><li style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;>Strong communicator with the ability to influence and train customers and distributors.</span></li><li style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;>Analytical mindset with the capability to translate market and customer insights into strategy.</span></li><li style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;>Able to operate effectively in a matrix environment and in a dynamic, fast‑paced commercial setting.</span></li><li style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;><span style=font-family arial, helvetica, sans-serif;>Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry or related field.
