About the Role

As Client Care Manager, you will take ownership of service delivery within your area, ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of person-centred care while supporting and developing a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

You will play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring care packages are delivered effectively, maintaining compliance standards, and driving service excellence.

This position is ideal for someone with strong homecare experience who is ready to take ownership, lead a team, and contribute to the continued growth of a respected national provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of homecare clients across your designated area
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals
• Lead, support and develop care staff to deliver exceptional care outcomes
• Ensure care plans are implemented, reviewed and updated appropriately
• Monitor service quality and compliance with company and HSE standards
• Manage and coordinate staffing resources effectively
• Resolve client and staff concerns professionally and efficiently
• Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to support business growth
• Analyse service performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in the on-call management rota

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Minimum 2 years' experience in homecare or healthcare management
• Experience managing client relationships and care delivery
• Strong organisational and scheduling skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or equivalent
• Full driving licence

Desirable

• Experience as a Client Care Manager, Care Coordinator, Care Supervisor or Homecare Manager
• Knowledge of HSE home support services
• Team leadership experience
• Experience using rostering or care management systems
