At KONE, we're looking for a Service Supervisor to lead our field service team, ensuring we deliver safe, reliable and high-quality maintenance services to our customers every day.
You'll play a key role in leading and developing a team of Maintenance Technicians, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring operational, safety and financial targets are consistently achieved.
What you'll be doing
Leading, coaching and developing a team of Maintenance Technicians to deliver outstanding service and performance.
Building strong relationships with customers, ensuring service commitments are met and customer satisfaction remains high.
Driving a strong safety culture through field presence, audits and compliance with KONE and industry standards.
Managing day-to-day service operations, ensuring maintenance schedules, response times and operational KPIs are achieved.
Supporting business growth by identifying repair opportunities, improving customer retention and contributing to service sales.
What we're looking for:
Experience leading or supervising operational or field-based teams.
A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Commercial awareness with an understanding of operational performance, costs and service delivery.
A commitment to safety, continuous improvement and developing people.
