Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Receive and count stock items, and record data on SAP computer system
  • Maintain equipment / stock
  • Pack and unpack items to be stocked in storerooms
  • Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, price lists, etc.
  • Track and trace goods when they are on route to their destination
  • Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects
  • Arrange for repair / return of damaged / faulty goods.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at all times.
  • Purchase new stock as required, and enter to computer system
  • Ad Hoc duties, as required.

 

Essential Criteria for the Role:

  • Excellent communication skills  
  • Previous Stores Management Experience  
  • Highly organised and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. 
  • Ability to work on own initiative 
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member  
  • Ability to produce results, prioritising objectives and scheduling work to make best use of time and resources  
  • Excellent Customer Care skills  
  • High degree of accuracy 
  • Teleporter driving ticket  
  • Receipt Verification experience.
