Reporting to the Business Area Manager (Plant Manager), the Production Line Manager is a key manufacturing role based at our Coolock factory. You will lead a specific production line and manage a team of production operatives and maintenance technicians.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards in safety, quality and environment
• Deliver production and cost performance targets
• Improve plant reliability with engineering and continuous improvement teams
• Lead continuous improvement using lean tools and root cause analysis
• Plan and coordinate resources to deliver production plans
• Build a positive team culture and manage union relationships

What you will bring:

• Proven experience as a Production Line Manager, Manufacturing Team Leader or similar
• Experience working in a unionised environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven mindset and focus on continuous improvement
• Lean methodology experience is helpful but not essential
• Technical manufacturing knowledge is preferred

More about this role

 Shift pattern:

• Day: 7.30 am - 3.00 pm
• Evening: 2.45 pm - 10.00 pm
• Night: 9.45 pm - 7.45 am (4 nights)
