We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Supervising Pharmacist to lead one of the flagship pharmacies of our company on Western Road, Clonmel.

What’s on Offer


Exceptional hourly rate – ( topofmarket rate for a Supervising Pharmacist)


6 weeks’ annual leave


Monday–Friday only, 9.00 – 18.00 – no weekend work


25 % company discount


Bonuses –


€3,000 welcome bonus

Annual Bonus: €2,000  (based on performance KPIs and dispensary and staff management).


Strong support structure, including a dedicated Dispensary Manager to assist with daytoday operations


Key Responsibilities


  • Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently

  • Providing professional advice and support on medications and healthrelated matters

  • Leading, managing, and motivating staff to ensure excellent team performance

  • Supervising claims and ensuring accurate, timely submissions

  • Driving and supporting the rollout of new company projects and pharmacy initiatives

  • Ensuring full compliance with PSI regulations and company policies

Requirements


  • Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a professional dispensary setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on staff development and outstanding patient care

Minimum requirements: At least 2 years' experience as a registered pharmacist in Ireland + 1 year in any European country, or three years of experience as a pharmacist in Ireland. (total experience of 3 years in community pharmacy).
