Role Overview

We are seeking a BIM Manager to join our Digital Engineering team in Dublin. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior BIM Technician ready to step into management, or an experienced BIM Manager/Coordinator aiming to accelerate their career within a fast‑growing, innovative Geospatial organisation.

You will contribute to some of the country’s largest and most high‑profile projects, driving best‑practice workflows and championing the adoption of cutting-edge digital tools.

 

Key Responsibilities


Team & Department Leadership

  • Manage and develop the in‑house modelling team.
  • Allocate staff/resources and support HR activities.
  • Oversee BIM hardware, software, and H&S compliance.

Project Delivery

  • Support model setup, coordination, and technical delivery.
  • Ensure projects meet programme, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Maintain BSI ISO19650 compliance and manage project cost tracking.
  • Contribute to Digital Project Delivery across full project lifecycles.

Clients & Stakeholders

  • Lead communication with clients from creation to completion.
  • Maintain subcontractor relationships and support business growth.

Innovation & Improvement

  • Refine Scan‑to‑BIM and QA workflows.
  • Drive BIM innovation, new tools, and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver presentations internally/externally to showcase our BIM offering.



Role Requirements

  • BIM Coordination/Management certification and 5+ years’ experience.
  • Strong Autodesk expertise: Revit, Navisworks, BIM360.
  • Proven experience with 3D laser scanning and Scan‑to‑
  • Bonus: Experience with Leica 3DR or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Background in Surveying, Geomatics, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
  • Confident communicator, proactive problem‑solver, and supportive mentor.
  • Right to work in Ireland
