Role Overview

We are seeking a Geospatial Processor to join our growing Digital Engineering department on a permanent basis. This role will be based initially in our Dublin office, with the opportunity to transition to hybrid/remote working once established in the team.

This is a newly created role offering the chance to work with cutting‑edge geospatial software tools, delivering high‑quality processed data that supports engineering, land development, and major infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience using software such as Leica Cyclone Register 360, AutoCAD, Trimble Business Centre, or StarNet, and be comfortable managing a wide range of incoming design formats. Strong experience working with point cloud data is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Geospatial Data Processing: Utilize tools like Leica Cyclone Register 360, StarNet and AutoCAD to process and manipulate geospatial data for various engineering projects.
  • Point Cloud Management: The fundamental responsibility of this role is management and analysis of point cloud data, extracting key information as needed and ensuring its integration into project designs and analysis.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all processed data, adhering to project specifications and timelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with surveyors, engineers, and designers to support project goals, providing accurate geospatial data and insights.
  • Reporting: Generate and present geospatial data analysis in clear, concise reports for stakeholders, ensuring clarity in data interpretation.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Engineering, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in geospatial data processing or a similar field.
  • Familiarity with other geospatial tools and software is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Leica Cyclone Register 360, AutoCAD, the Microsoft Office suite, and StarNet for geospatial data analysis and management. Other software is a plus.
  • An understanding of how the Digital Engineering teams carry out their work in the field.
  • Experience working with point clouds—ability to extract, analyze, and apply data to engineering projects would be an advantage
  • Comfortable handling different incoming design information formats, ensuring compatibility and proper integration.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and performance‑based bonus structure
  • Hybrid working model offering flexibility between home and our Dublin office
  • Strong collaboration across technical, operational, and sales functions.
  • Career progression opportunities within a fast‑expanding, industry‑leading organisation
