Driver Trainer

We are currently recruiting for Driver Trainer to join our team at Nolan Group UK based in Pembroke

Responsibilities

• Deliver driver induction, refresher and compliance training.
• Conduct driver assessments, licence checks and on-road evaluations.
• Promote safe, efficient and compliant driving standards across the fleet.
• Investigate driving incidents and provide coaching where required.
• Support driver CPC training and regulatory compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate training records and complete associated documentation.
• Work closely with drivers, transport managers and the compliance team.

Skills & Experience

• Experience as an HGV driver with a valid LGV/HGV licence.
• Driver CPC qualification and a good understanding of transport compliance requirements is desirable
• Previous driver training, mentoring or supervisory experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Good IT and administrative skills, with the ability to maintain digital training records and reports.
• Knowledge of fleet management, transport operations or compliance systems would be advantageous.
