Support: We have a supervision model that provides you with one-to-one time with your line manager every 4 to 6 weeks. This takes a holistic approach, not only supporting you to reach your goals and potential but also focusing on your well-being. The process is encouraged to be two-way, giving you the opportunity to provide feedback to your manager about how supported you feel.
Induction: You will receive a comprehensive, tailored induction programme designed to support your success. Using Cornerstone's building blocks and a structured six-month framework, the induction will equip you with the essential knowledge and tools needed to thrive in your role.
Cycle to work scheme: A tax incentive that allows you to get a new bicycle and safety equipment through Cornerstone, saving you money on tax, PRSI, and universal social charge.
Annual Leave: 21 days annual leave increased to 26 with length of service. 3 concession days, a gift from the company. 20 days sick leave on full pay and 20 days on half pay per annum.
