Hygiene Team Leader

Job Summary:
As a Hygiene Team Leader, you’ll support the Hygiene Supervisor in keeping the hygiene operation running smoothly day to day. You’ll help make sure the team is working safely, following the right procedures, and maintaining the high standards expected across the site. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example, support and motivate the team, and help create a positive working environment while making sure cleaning schedules and hygiene standards are consistently met.

Role:
•    Work closely with the Hygiene Supervisor to lead and promote high standards of safety, hygiene and food safety.
•    Ensure all hygiene documentation is completed accurately and on time including cleaning schedules, swabbing and verification records.
•    Maintain audit ready standards and support internal and external audits.
•    Work closely with cross- functional teams (Production, Engineering, Logistics and Quality) to address any Hygiene/GMP risk.
•    Drive continuous improvement in Hygiene, GMP and Food Safety.
