Overview We’re looking for a Senior Franchise Manager to join our dynamic Ireland Franchise Team at PepsiCo! This is an exciting opportunity to gain deep exposure to the breadth and depth of Franchise operations, while building a strong understanding of both the business and the wider industry. With deep exposure across E2E execution from consumer, to brand to commercial and supply chain, this role offers incredible potential for growth and impact within PepsiCo. What You’ll Do As Senior Franchise Manager, you’ll act as the strategic owner of the Ireland Franchise business. In partnership with Carlsberg Britvic, you’ll shape and evolve the long-term vision and strategy, drive continuous improvement, and lead execution across key commercial and operational areas. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and evolve the long-term Franchise strategy for PepsiCo Ireland across all LRB categories, brands, and sub-markets, in collaboration with Carlsberg Britvic and key PepsiCo stakeholders. Embed global Franchise strategies into the Irish market and ensure alignment with the Bottler. Lead and own 3 year joint planning and governance processes in partnership with Marketing, CFO, GM and the lead market CMA and BDA Drive strategic initiatives to win and retain top international customers. Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction and people agenda for the Ireland business. Operational Execution: Lead and execute the Franchise LRB agenda across all Social Beverage categories. Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain to build an E2E execution and strategy roadmap to expand our beverage offerings into new categories. Partner with Carlsberg Britvic to develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) aligned with the 3-year plan and BDAs, including scorecarding and course correction. Ensure alignment with the broader PepsiCo Franchise system (GBI, Europe). Oversee resource planning and execution across volume, budget, quarterly planning, marketing activities, and international customer contract renewals. Develop strategies to meet targets and lead contingency planning. Drive brand metric delivery across all channels and key customers within the Bottler’s territory. Engage with industry stakeholders on regulatory matters (e.g., IBEC, DRS). Governance & Accountability: Own all Franchise-related governance in the Irish market (AOP, BDA, EBA, SSA, 9FF, Global Control Standards). Manage the IRE FOBO P&L across all levers. Analyse sales and market data to identify opportunities and challenges, and collaborate with the Bottler to address them. Define and execute channel and pack strategies (including PPA). Act as the key contact for international customer contract execution and issue resolution. Support the Marketing team in delivering AOP brand priorities. Lead strategic planning in alignment with Ireland and Franchise GMs. Own volume forecasting and reporting by channel, account, and pack. Identify and apply best practices in Franchise Management from within and outside the PepsiCo system. Drive cross-functional and cross-border alignment on productivity initiatives and “Better Together” programs. Qualifications Proven experience in developing and executing commercial/sales strategies across multiple channels. Strong understanding of Revenue Management and P&L levers. Exceptional leadership and influencing skills at senior levels. Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities. Innovative mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills. Outstanding communication skills across all levels of internal and Bottler organizations. Strategic planning skills with a proactive approach to issue identification and resolution.
