Overview PepsiCo’s Global Beverage Group is seeking a seasoned marketing director to join our global team. This role involves working on the PepsiCo’s Flavors portfolio which is critical to delivering PepsiCo growth globally in the short and long term and in ensuring our business is positioned to meet the current and future demand of consumers. Responsibilities Lead development and project management of key strategic projects for 7up, ensuring timely communication and execution across key markets. Provide support to development and deployment of brand strategic platforms. Lead & manage global brand connects ensuring up-to-date content calendar provided to all. Partner with Franchise teams to drive bottler engagement behind key brand projects. Lead brand’s perspective with Innovation team regarding strategic innovation agenda. Lead & support Senior Marketing Director/VP on MLC agenda regarding content & alignment. This role is based in Dublin, Ireland. The role is embedded in the Flavors team to ensure focus on all strategic decisions around the category/brand. Also, this role may require some global travel. Global 7UP Brand Strategy & Stewardship Lead the development and deployment of the global 7UP brand strategy, ensuring clarity and consistency across key markets. Drive the creation of distinctive brand platforms that reinforce 7UP’s unique proposition and long‑term relevance. Partner with Insights and R&D to ensure 7UP’s taste, visual identity and brand assets remain competitive, modern and consumer‑centric. Strategic Projects & Portfolio Acceleration Lead the design, project management and operational execution of major strategic initiatives for 7UP across International Beverages markets. Build, manage and deploy global brand playbooks to ensure markets have clarity on the brand's positioning, creative direction, rituals, and growth levers. Oversee the content and communications calendar, ensuring markets have timely and high‑quality assets. Global Market Engagement & Commercial Alignment Partner with International Beverages Franchise teams to build strong bottler alignment and drive high‑quality execution of brand plans. Lead regular regional and global connects with marketing teams to ensure alignment, share learnings and accelerate deployment of strategic priorities. Serve as a key point of contact for markets, supporting brand reviews, activation plans and commercial execution. Innovation & Product Transformation Collaborate with R&D, Commercialization and Innovation teams to develop a robust 7UP innovation pipeline aligned with consumer needs and category trends. Lead the brand’s perspective in shaping innovation strategy, including flavour extensions, packaging improvements, visual identity upgrades, and new product platforms. Support the development and global rollout of Zero Sugar and mid-calorie 7UP variants in line with the broader PepsiCo portfolio transformation agenda. Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence Partner with Insights, DX, Marketing Transformation and Commercialization teams to build an end‑to‑end strategy that drives consistent execution. Support the Senior Marketing Director/VP in internal leadership forums (MLC, category reviews) with content development, strategic alignment and brand updates. Build strong relationships across global and regional teams to ensure 7UP remains a top strategic priority and is supported with best‑in‑class execution. Qualifications MBA or equivalent (strongly preferred). 10+ years of marketing experience within the CPG/Beverages industry (strong digital background preferred). Strong working knowledge of the beverages industry and the franchise model. Strong experience on working with/in legacy AMESA and APAC markets. Experience of working on Flavors portfolio of brands as well as Zero Sugar portfolio. Excellent collaborator with demonstrated ability to develop deep relationships with individuals and organizations from diverse backgrounds; experience working in a multi-market environment is a plus. Strong in multi-tasking, project management and prioritization skills. A strategic mindset able to harness their deep understanding of our consumer along with meaningful insights to drive our agenda. Ability to effectively work and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, proven track record of influencing key stakeholders both internally and externally. Good entrepreneurial spirit (‘act as owner’). Strong sense of curiosity. Experience managing agency partners to deliver brand experiences and engagement platforms. Experience leading internal cross-functional teams to develop and launch new programs/platforms. Highly analytical, motivated, decisive leader with excellent managerial skills. Strategic mind with an ability to think broadly, refine questions, and influence decision makers. Willing to travel internationally 20% of the time.
