Overview This role involves working on both PepsiCo’s Flavors portfolio as well as our Zero Sugar CSD portfolio. Both of these portfolios are critical to delivering PepsiCo growth globally in the short and long term and in ensuring our business is positioned to meet the current and future demand of consumers. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director Flavors & CSD Portfolio Strategy, this role has the following accountabilities: Support development and project management of key strategic projects for 7up, Mirinda and Mountain Dew ensuring timely communication and execution across key markets. Support projects that drive and accelerate our CSD Zero Sugar portfolio across key markets Provide support to development and deployment of brand strategic platforms Lead & manage global brand connects ensuring up-to-date content calendar provided to all Partner with Franchise teams to drive bottler engagement behind key brand projects Lead brand’s perspective with Innovation team regarding strategic innovation agenda Lead & support Senior Marketing Director/VP on MLC agenda regarding content & alignment Responsibilities Brand 7up Support Flavors Marketing Director in delivering 7up brand program for 2025/2026. Project includes: Focus on building DBAs and driving distinction / salience Develop a creative brand platform (CBP) for 7up Develop improved pack design and VIS for 7up Provide support to development of key brand platform playbooks Partner with R&D, insights and Commz to benchmark current product vs. Sprite in key markets Partner with IB Innovation teams, Commercialization, R&D & regions to roll out brand-led innovation strategy to drive growth and market share Partner with IB Insights, Marketing Transformation, DX teams, and commercialization leaders to integrate into an E2E strategy enabling proper deployment and commercialization Lead periodic global and regional connects with regional marketing stakeholders to drive timely alignment and execution at the regional level (all sectors) Partner with Insights on the required consumer research in key markets to ensure our TM agenda are best placed to win with consumers Brand Mirinda Support Flavors Marketing Director in delivering Mirinda brand program for 2025/2026. Project includes: Focus on building DBAs and driving distinction / salience Develop a creative brand platform (CBP) for Mirinda Develop improved pack design and VIS for Mirinda Provide support to development of key brand platform playbooks Partner with R&D, insights and Commz to benchmark current product vs. Fanta in key markets Partner with IB Innovation teams, Commercialization, R&D & regions to roll out brand-led innovation strategy to drive growth and market share Partner with IB Insights, Marketing Transformation, DX teams, and commercialization leaders to integrate into an E2E strategy enabling proper deployment and commercialization Lead periodic global and regional connects with regional marketing stakeholders to drive timely alignment and execution at the regional level (all sectors) Partner with Insights on the required consumer research in key markets to ensure our TM agenda are best placed to win with consumers Brand Mountain Dew Develop brand playbook identifying what are the success factors that had led Dew to become a successful brand in key markets. Leverage that knowledge to build a brand launch playbook. Identify key markets that can be a great candidate to launch Dew in 2026. Support India and Pakistan in synergies to work together to build Dew as one unified brand CSD Zero Sugar / Portfolio Transformation Playbook: Track and support execution of the ZS playbook globally Mirinda: Partner with R&D to benchmark and develop winning ZS product across top Mirinda flavors. Work with key markets to launch Mirinda ZS in their markets Extra Fizz: Build an extra fizz playbook that can support ZS acceleration in Nascent ZS markets. ZS & Mid-cal reporting: Support PEP+ / transformation team in reporting progress on portfolio transformation for PEC/BOD meetings, external reporting. Qualifications BA required. MBA or equivalent (strongly preferred) 7-10 years of marketing experience within the CPG/Beverages industry (strong digital background preferred) Strong working knowledge of the beverages industry and understanding of franchise model Strong experience on working with/in AMESA and APAC markets. Experience of working on Flavors portfolio of brands as well as Zero Sugar portfolio will be advantage Excellent collaborator with demonstrated ability to develop deep relationships with individuals and organizations from diverse backgrounds; experience working in a multi-market environment is a plus Strong in multi-tasking, project management and prioritization skills A strategic mindset able to harness their deep understanding of our consumer along with meaningful insights to drive our agenda
