Overview PepsiCo Ireland – Food & Beverages Sandyford, Dublin We are looking for a National Selling Leader to manage and grow a key national retail account (Tesco) within PepsiCo Ireland Food & Beverages. This role plays a critical part in driving sales performance, expanding market share, and strengthening long‑term strategic partnerships with national retailers. The role focuses on developing and executing customer strategies, increasing product distribution and visibility, and delivering, profitable growth across the PepsiCo portfolio. Responsibilities This job independently executes moderately complex tasks for the National Selling area, exercising a high level of decision making to effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur. Plays a vital role in executing sales strategies to optimize product distribution and expand market presence. Creates and presents compelling materials to attract new partners while nurturing relationships with existing clients. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative sales programs and initiatives that effectively address customer needs and capitalize on market opportunities. Monitors and analyzes the performance of national accounts, providing detailed reports and strategic recommendations to management to support data-driven decision-making. Helps facilitate adoption of area best practices and methods that align with the overall functional and business strategy to drive achievement of organizational standards of excellence, applying knowledge to deliver solutions and execute day to day activities. Qualifications Knowledge & Skills Strong understanding of commercial fundamentals, including forecasting, planning cycles, and profit drivers. Solid experience managing P&L drivers and customer investment decisions. Proven ability to translate data into actionable commercial insights. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills. Comfortable operating with autonomy and making decisions in a fast‑paced environment. Experience Required Proven experience managing major national retail accounts within FMCG. Demonstrated track record of delivering results through customer strategy execution. Experience developing promotional calendars from scratch for large retailers. History of long‑term commercial negotiations with customers. Strong understanding of customers, shoppers, and market dynamics. Experience working cross‑functionally to deliver commercial outcomes.
