This St. Stephens Green based position provide a unique opportunity to join the Shared Services function. The Support Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Group Security Team for PTSB. This role involves providing administrative support, coordinating security-related activities, measuring compliance, and assisting in the implementation of security policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
The uniqueness associated with working in this environment requires flexibility in relation to duties and responsibilities. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Central Security Team, including scheduling meetings, triage of work requests from critical Third Parties, and preparing reports.
Coordination:
Assist in coordinating security-related activities, such as incident response, security audits, and compliance checks.
Documentation:
Maintain and update security documentation, including policies, procedures, and incident reports.
Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of security-related inquiries.
Data Management:
Manage and organize security-related data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Training Support:
Assist in organising and coordinating security training sessions for bank employees
Requirements:
Good Level of Technical proficiency to include strong working knowledge of MS Packages ¿ Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability develop/maintain extensive network of relationships within PTSB.
Respect and understanding of requirement for confidentiality.
Strong communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service
Strong sense of personal security, awareness, and integrity
This is a permanent position in St. Stephen¿s Green (Onsite).
