About the Global Brand Architecture & Activation team

At Jameson Irish Whiskey, our Brand Architecture & Activation team shapes how the world experiences the brand. We set the long‑term direction for the Jameson portfolio, using consumer insight, market opportunity, and bold creativity to guide our work. From new product development to limited editions, we bring innovation to life while keeping the range coherent and future‑ready. We build the brand world, visual identity, and global toolkits that power market activation and deliver consistent, high‑impact experiences. Ultimately, we make sure every expression of Jameson is compelling, distinctive, and built for continued global growth.

About the role

As Brand Manager, Brand Architecture & Activation, you’ll help shape how Jameson shows up in the world. Working alongside the Marketing Manager, you’ll bring the global strategy for the Jameson Portfolio to life, crafting memorable brand experiences, defining how each family expression is positioned, and ensuring our visual identity remains iconic and future‑fit. This role is at the centre of how Jameson lives in culture. You’ll partner with creative agencies, global markets, and cross‑functional teams to develop world‑class assets, elevate our flagship experiences, and ensure every touchpoint feels unmistakably Jameson. With plenty of room to influence, you’ll combine strategic thinking, creative problem‑solving, and strong collaboration to drive growth, strengthen brand equity, and help shape the next chapter of the world’s most celebrated Irish whiskey.
