Technical Coordinator

 

PFH Technology are looking for a Technical Coordinator to join our Team.

Location: Cork hybrid

Contract: 12-month contract with expectation of extension

Essential: Good business understanding of cloud platforms

Certification: AZ 900 certification is preferred.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will report into the Cloud Enablement and Adoption Lead. They will assist in the smooth running of the department with the following responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assigning helpdesk tickets - Ensures delivery of Level 1 support and that tickets are referred to the relevant third parties (e.g. Field Engineers or Level 2 Technical resources, etc.) where the request cannot be resolved by the Helpdesk group.
• Manage the mailbox with tickets and assign to teams as relevant
• Writing SOPs
• Report on SLA compliance
• Assisting Claire on projects – 35 – 50 projects at a time
• Cost management reports
• Using DevOps Boards to manage PM aspects of the role.
• Maintains and updates knowledge database of known issues and the actions to allow their resolution to support effective problem resolution.
• Analyses ticket volume and issues to identify underlying issues and proposes mitigation strategy.
• Ability to organise work schedules and plan project work.

 

 

Education:

• Azure Boards Knowledge (DevOps)
• Cloud Foundational Knowledge (AZ-900)
