Training Specialist

PFH Technology Group are currently looking for a Training Specialist to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to Service Desk Analysts through presentations, workshops, and collaborative learning approaches.

 

Location: Eastgate, Little Island, Co Cork

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Review, improve, and contribute to existing Learning Management System (LMS) training modules, including induction, new starter, and refresher programmes
• Design, develop, and maintain engaging training content and videos using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate Rise 360
• Create training materials to support:
• Online learning
• Group-based training sessions
• One-to-one training
• Deliver role-specific training using modular and bite-sized learning approaches
• Produce and maintain video-based learning content to support system and process training
• Monitor learner progress, support assigned learning activities, and provide insights into learner engagement and performance
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation

Candidate Profile:

• Experience with Learning Management Systems
• Proven experience creating digital learning content and videos using Adobe tools and Articulate Rise 360
• Strong working knowledge of a Service Desk / ITSM toolset (e.g. incident, request, task and workflow management)
• Knowledge of:
• Citrix StoreFront
• Active Directory
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High standard of accuracy in record-keeping
