The Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive B2B Marketing Executive to support the delivery of PM Group’s Group Marketing strategy through high‑quality communications, digital platforms and integrated marketing campaigns. This role plays a key part in managing PM Group’s owned channels, supporting brand governance, and delivering targeted marketing activity across priority sectors, particularly Life Sciences and Data Centres. It is a hands‑on role, suited to a marketer who is comfortable working across content, digital, campaigns, events and multimedia, while collaborating closely with technical, business development and regional teams. Responsibilities Digital Platforms, Website & Intranet Develop, manage and maintain the PM Group website in line with the overarching Group Marketing Plan, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and aligned with brand standards. ·Create and update website pages and supporting digital content that reflects sector priorities, expertise and project experience. ·Contribute to internal communications across multiple media, including the company intranet, noticeboards and internal digital platforms. ·Support the organisation and ongoing management of the Marketing Hub (SharePoint) as the central repository for marketing assets, templates and brand communications. Content, Campaigns & Channels Lead and support integrated marketing campaigns for priority sectors, with a particular focus on Life Sciences and Data Centres, from planning through to execution and evaluation. Work with subject matter experts and business development teams to translate technical expertise into clear, benefit‑led marketing content. Create and coordinate high‑quality content including articles, website copy, case studies and LinkedIn posts, ensuring consistency of message and tone. Support ongoing LinkedIn and digital channel activity to strengthen PM Group’s market presence and client engagement. Email Marketing & Paid Advertising Plan, create and deliver targeted B2B email marketing campaigns to support sector campaigns, events, thought leadership and business development objectives. Manage email content, segmentation and scheduling to ensure timely, relevant and brand‑aligned communications to key audiences. Track and report on email campaign performance, using insights to optimise engagement and effectiveness. Support the planning and delivery of paid digital advertising, including LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, aligned to Group and sector marketing plans. Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop paid media content, targeting and messaging, and contribute to post‑campaign evaluation and recommendations. Brand Management Provide day‑to‑day support for brand management, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communications outputs in line with PM Group brand guidelines and Marketing Policy. Act as a brand guardian, supporting colleagues across the business with advice on brand application, templates and best practice. Photography & Video Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Group photo library, including briefing, selecting and organising photography. Create, edit and distribute corporate‑style video content, including corporate overview videos and interview‑based content, ensuring alignment with brand and tone of voice. Events Organise and support corporate and sector‑focused events, including venue selection, delegate invitations, logistics coordination, on‑site attendance and post‑event evaluation. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure events support broader marketing, brand and business development objectives. Qualifications Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline. Proven experience in a B2B marketing or communications role (2 years), ideally within professional services, engineering, construction or a technical environment. Strong experience managing websites, digital platforms and content‑driven marketing channels. Experience delivering email marketing and supporting paid digital advertising campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and communicate complex information clearly. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A collaborative, proactive approach and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.
