You’ll handle changing priorities and work with multiple stakeholders (internal and external), making sure everything runs smoothly while supporting contractors and project needs. Responsibilities On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for the following Purchase order management, this includes raising and tracking POs, ensuring accurate records maintenance in Unit4 (Agresso system). Supporting our contractors with onboarding activities, issuing contracts, timesheet management and responding to any queries that arise. Accurate management of rate changes ensuring all necessary parties and systems are updated. Key point of contact for internal stakeholders such Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable etc. Provide seamless support to client managers by ensuring an efficient and reliable service. Prepare, manage, and maintain internal and external reports as required Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with purchase requisitions, Purchase Orders, and sales record management. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Effective communication and coordination skills. Strong multitasking skills to handle diverse responsibilities. Ability to liaise effectively across multiple teams.
