Due to continued growth across the Property Professional and B2B channels, PrepayPower and Yuno Group are seeking a high-performing Senior B2B Sales Operations and Growth Manager to act as second-in-command to the Head of Property Professional Sales.
This is a senior commercial role with responsibility for driving revenue growth, increasing sales channel performance, improving operational efficiency, and scaling sales processes across our B2B portfolio. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping sales strategy, managing execution through the sales team, and ensuring strong reporting, forecasting, and performance management.

The role combines hands-on commercial leadership, people management, and process optimisation, with a strong emphasis on growing revenue, improving conversion, and maximising lifetime value across key property and SME channels.
This role will manage a team of B2B Sales Executives / Account Managers and will work closely with the Head of Property Professional Sales to deliver strategic growth objectives.
Role Purpose
- Act as the operational and commercial lead across the B2B sales function
- Drive revenue growth, channel expansion, and improved sales performance
- Support the Head of Property Professional Sales in execution of strategy
- Lead, coach and performance-manage the B2B sales team
- Improve sales processes, reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Ensure consistent delivery of sales targets and business KPIs
