Manager, Sales Development (11-Month FTC)
We’re looking for a Manager, Sales Development to lead, develop, and grow our Dublin-based SDR team. In this role, you’ll establish and own KPIs while consistently monitoring results and driving team execution to exceed ambitious sales goals. To be successful, you’ll have a proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a high-accountability SaaS environment.
This position is located in our Dublin office (Hybrid) and reports to our Senior Manager of Sales Development, EMEA.
What you’ll do:
Lead and Mentor: Direct a team of SDRs to qualify lead opportunities, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality pipeline for the sales organization.
Sales Alignment: Partner closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to ensure lead quality, quantity, and seamless handoff processes.
Performance Culture: Attract, hire, and retain top talent by fostering a culture of high performance, resilience, and continuous improvement.
Execution & Enablement: Drive the adoption of Procore’s sales methodology to source, qualify, and transition opportunities efficiently and independently.
Coaching: Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and specialized training sessions to sharpen the team's outbound prospecting and social selling skills.
Analysis & Reporting: Deliver detailed performance analysis, accurate forecasting, and actionable reporting to Sales Leadership based on historical trends.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement strategic process improvements to drive team productivity and operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing on campaign follow-up, Sales Ops on dashboarding, and Recruiting to meet ongoing hiring needs.
What we’re looking for:
Proven Leadership: 2+ years of experience in a people management role, specifically leading Sales Development or Inside Sales teams within a SaaS environment.
SaaS Sales Pedigree: 5+ years of software sales experience with a consistent track record of 100%+ quota attainment as an individual contributor.
Talent Developer: Demonstrated success in mentoring, hiring, and promoting SDRs into elevated sales roles.
Outbound Expert: Deep expertise in modern prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling (LinkedIn).
Methodology Driven: Proven experience implementing and driving a consistent sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar).
Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong) for pipeline management and reporting.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Urgency & Resilience: A "hit the ground running" mindset with the ability to lead a lean team through a fast-paced period of transition.
