The Advisory R&Q Senior Associate (SA) will assist the Advisory Risk & Quality (R&Q) team by triaging queries, managing risk related processes and systems, and support ad hoc projects as they arise.Key Accountabilities:
Provide guidance and support to engagement and project teams on risk and quality queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues. This will involve triaging the R&Q mailbox/ queries form, and closely collaborating and supporting other members of the R&Q team with more complex issues to ensure that critical queries are resolved effectively.
Prepare all risk related documentation (reports, correspondence on queries and approval emails etc.) and complete an initial review for processes such as ‘Go, No Go’ and ‘Work at Risk’ in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compliance with essential R&Q processes such as eLearn completion.
Monitor compliance in line with R&Q processes.
Communicate risk and quality policies and procedures effectively across the organisation, to enhance visibility, ensure understanding and adherence to policies and best practices.
Prepare and present a range of reports (such as monthly compliance reports and network reporting) to senior stakeholders whilst ensuring accurate and timely reporting of risk and quality data.
Assist with training programs (scheduling, maintaining attendance records, creation and maintenance of training materials and associated content to support this activity)
Assist with ad hoc project work related to R&Q processes.
Testing and maintenance of various Risk related tools and systems.
Skill and Abilities
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in R&Q processes and systems.
Effective communication skills to interact with team members and engagement teams within the consulting division of the firm.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
