Post Date : 05-Mar-2026 Close Date : 22-Mar-2026 Title: Project & Content Co-ordinator Department: Marketing Team, RCSI Dublin Tenure: Maternity Leave Cover, up to 12-month contract Location: 123 St Stephens Green – Hybrid working is a feature of this role Reporting to : Head of Marketing, RCSI Closing Date : 23:45pm on Sunday 22nd of March About the post This is a key role within the Marketing Team on RCSI’s Dublin Campus. The Project & Content Co-ordinator will work with the Head of Marketing and other colleagues to support the delivery of ambitious content marketing plans and other marketing communications projects for the University. The Project & Content Co-ordinator will support undergraduate and postgraduate student recruitment activities by helping to build the University’s digital and non-digital content capabilities, and by delivering best-in-class website, social media and experiential marketing projects. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with or on content marketing teams and, ideally, possess excellent technical skills and a passion for implementing content plans and developing strong visual assets. Duties include: Contribute to the implementation of RCSI’s content marketing strategy in support of student recruitment activities for all partner schools. Brainstorm and collaborate with colleagues to develop new ideas for content plans and marketing communications campaigns. Support the day-to-day management of RCSI_studentlife social media channels, sharing content and engaging with prospective student and influencer communities across these platforms. Develop RCSI_studentlife website blog content and liaise with the RCSI Student Recruitment team to support Student Ambassadors in producing blog and vlog materials. Capture photo and video content from current student events for the RCSI Dublin website and brochures, and provide ad hoc support during photoshoots and video shoots. Work with stakeholders to optimise other web content and ensure brand consistency across other relevant sections of the RCSI Dublin website. Capture testimonial content from conferrings, liaise with partner schools for students and organise photographers or videographers during shoots. Support the development of stands and content for events and expos that will be attended by prospective students and capture content from same. Support the development and refreshing of the RCSI undergraduate prospectus. Support/ maintain relationships with key internal and external sponsors and partners. Person specification Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, related field and/ or… Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in digital marketing/communications. Knowledge and experience (essential): Some experience in a similar role, ideally in the higher education sector. Knowledge and experience of managing social media channels and generating organic content for same. Understanding of content marketing tactics such as content optimisation for SEO and AIO, digital advertising and social media marketing. Knowledge and experience tailoring content for specific audiences/markets. Track record of impact and taking ownership of discrete programmes of activity. Knowledge and experience (desirable): Knowledge and experience of working with content management systems and updating website pages. Experience using image editing software tools, such as Adobe Suite, Canva and CapCut. Familiarity with the principles of UX. Experience using web analytics tools, such as GA4. Skills and competencies: Able to focus on project deliverables while closely managing costs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Demonstrated project management and time management skills. Strong mathematical and analytical skillsets. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Able to work in unstructured and complex business environment.
