About the role

Private banking at Revolut will aim to develop long-term relationships with individuals across the globe. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, Private Bankers will own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.

We're looking for a Quality Analyst to evaluate interactions, complete scorecard reviews, and report compliance or procedural issues to management.

You'll review interactions and flag potential regulatory concerns, using sharp attention to detail to mitigate risk and keep trust at the core of private banking.

What you'll be doing

  • Using your wealth management and sales quality knowledge to quality-check Private Bankers’ client interactions, focusing on identifying successes and failures in case outcomes
  • Providing documented feedback and scorecard evaluations based on data-driven insights and root-cause analysis
  • Checking and scoring private bankers' client interactions against business procedures, identifying trends and root causes of failures
  • Coaching new Quality Control team members
  • Collaborating with other internal teams across locations to ensure alignment on quality standards

What you'll need

  • A bachelor's degree (must be able to provide a certificate)
  • 3+ years of experience in sales quality assurance, compliance, or risk monitoring within a regulated wealth management, private banking, or brokerage environment
  • Fluency in English (C1+ level)
  • A solid understanding of private banking risk considerations (e.g., cross-border marketing, lead qualification, client suitability) and a proven ability to identify these risks through evaluative work
  • Demonstrated experience in analysing trends, patterns, and anomalies across complex client interactions, sales activity, or large datasets
  • The ability to critically interpret and verify information, proactively gathering relevant details to support thorough quality control reviews
  • Proficiency in using data-driven tools, dashboards, and case management systems, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and procedural adherence
  • A proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams, such as Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Risk, providing objective reporting to drive risk-based outcomes
  • Expertise in reviewing sales interactions, processes, and controls, and making recommendations for continuous improvement aligned with regulatory and business requirements
  • Exposure to wealth management regulatory obligations, including jurisdiction-specific marketing and solicitation requirements across multiple regions

Nice to have

  • A degree or equivalent in finance, economics, business, or law
  • An industry-recognised certification in wealth management or compliance (e.g., CISI, CFA, or equivalent)
  • Fluency in other languages

Compensation range

  • Poland: PLN10,500 - PLN13,300 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
