Ryanair are curently recruiting for a Crew Planner to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group.

The successfull candidate will be part of a large team based at our Swords, HQ ensuring the rosters are planned in an effective and efficent manner for over 15,000 crew members across our European base network.
Duties include but not limited to:
Planning / Optimization of Ryanair cabin crew rosters to ensure efficiency and flight coverage is maintained
Maintain and deliver industry leading roster patterns to ensure that rosters are balanced
Ensuring that all crew are planned in accordance with flight time limitations and company procedures
Process and manage crew base transfers, rank changes, contract changes in crew management systems
Responsibility of roster management for a number of bases
Ensuring all annual and unpaid leave is planned in an efficient manner taking seasonal capacity into account
Planning certain aspects of cabin crew training to ensure that crew members remain qualified to conduct their duties
Working within a team of crew planners and interacting with other key departments within Ryanair
Using a suite of reports to generate daily / weekly / monthly / annual reports
Requirements
Proven numeric, analytical, administrative and computer skills – Excel, Word and Outlook
Proven ability to meet deadlines, multi task and work calmly under pressure
Strong work ethic and enthusiasm with a can do attitude
Organised and motivated individual who is able to work as part of a team and on own initiative with excellent problem solving ability
Ability to prioritise a heavy workload in a fast paced and changing environment
Be able to communicate effectively at all levels
Strong attention to detail
Previous experience of working with an airline crew planning / rostering system would be desirable
