Overview
The Solutions Center of Excellence team is seeking an Experience Designer to design intuitive, high-quality demo experiences and tooling that enable Solutions Engineers and Sales teams to effectively communicate our products.
In this role, you will work alongside Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to understand user needs, translate complex product capabilities into clear and compelling demo experiences, and design solutions grounded in insight and aligned to product strategy.
You will work across the full design process — from discovery, through prototyping, testing, and delivery — helping to improve the clarity, consistency, and effectiveness of our demo ecosystem.
Our design team plays a strategic role in creating polished demo experiences and internal tools that help Solution Engineers communicate product value in high-stakes sales and customer-facing moments. You will help ensure our demos are intuitive, scalable, and evidence-led, enabling teams to tell clear, consistent product stories.
This role offers the opportunity to improve demo tooling at scale, shape how product capabilities are communicated through demos, and elevate how design contributes to sales enablement and business impact in a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment.

Support the team with additional visual assets as needed, including presentations and communication design
2. User-Centred Design
Use feedback and insights from Solution Engineers, Sales, Product partners, and demo usage to inform design decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve demo experiences for clarity, usability, and effectiveness
Work with available research, feedback, and usage data to continuously improve experiences
Iterate on designs based on feedback and internal usage patterns
3. Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented with quality
Contribute to clear and effective design handoff documentation
Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Collaborate effectively across product, engineering, sales, and strategy partners
Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and comfort working in fast-paced environments

Experience designing digital products or complex user interfaces, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and execution
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
Experience using user research to inform design decisions
Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional environments
