As a QC Analyst (Microbiology) Summer Student, you will support key archiving and documentation activities across the QC Microbiology and QC Chemistry departments while ensuring compliance and strong 5S standards. You will assist with batch release pack uploads, audit walkthroughs, and preparation for GMP and 5S inspections, while also participating in routine quality meetings to gain insight into daily operations. Throughout your internship, you will work safely, collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage archiving processes for QC Microbiology and QC Chemistry, including archive reviews and adherence to 5S standards
  • Upload QC batch release packs to the central data system and oversee related archiving activities
  • Support monthly QC audit walkthroughs and contribute to GMP audit preparation, including 5S readiness
  • Participate in daily QDCI meetings and weekly Quality Compliance & Stability Team meetings
  • Ensure full compliance with cGMP requirements and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Promote and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a strong safety focus
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with Quality Compliance team members, team leaders, and other internal departments
