Director of ICT and Digital Transformation (Permanent) Vacancy ID : 039405 Closing Date : 02-Mar-2026 12:00 Vacancy: 039405 - Director of ICT and Digital Transformation Contract: Permanent Salary: Principal Officer salary scale: €103,930 - €127,778 (based on rates effective 01/02/2026) The Director of ICT and Digital Transformation is a key leadership position within SETU. The Director will provide strategic direction and oversee all aspects of the university's information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader who can drive innovation and rapid transformation, while ensuring the university's ICT resources are effectively supporting academic, research, and administrative needs. The post holder reports to the Chief Operations Officer or other designated officer of SETU. The execution of duties will involve the development of appropriate communication arrangements with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Managing the Computing Services team across all campuses, the post holder will have the Computer Services Managers, Head of Cybersecurity and ICT Risk and ICT Programme Manager reporting to them.
