In pursuit of its strategic goals and vision, SETU has established itself as a leader in the provision of high quality flexible higher education opportunities.  Following a period of sustained growth and development in its lifelong learning provision with partners across the private, public and voluntary sectors, SETU is now seeking an experienced Project Lead to drive strategic development and delivery within its Faculty of Lifelong Learning. This is an exciting role for an individual who is enthusiastic, willing and committed to Lifelong Learning, widening participation, delivering dedicated provision for Lifelong Learning students and staff. The Project Lead will work with the Faculty management and lead the strategic planning, development and delivery of the Tiglin project and associated initiatives. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience of developing education/learning and development initiatives and have applied knowledge of methodologies for high quality learning and participant engagement. They will have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with part time education on campus and off campus as well as learning technologies and a commitment to providing high quality support to all lifelong learning students and lifelong learning HPALs, as they strive to reach their full potential. They will also have a good knowledge and understanding of the challenges affecting people in addiction recovery and other relevant communities.
