Confined Competition: This is a confined competition limited to the Education and Training Candidate Sector Pool i.e., eligible administration & library staff within SETU, Technological Universities, Institutes of Technology and Education & Training Boards at specific grades. The role of the Student Affairs Staff Officer Grade V in the Academic Administration & Student Affairs Office is to support the management of the key elements of the Examinations and Registration areas. The Student Affairs Staff Officer Grade V will be required to provide a high level of support to the administration of a broad range of activities associated with the student lifecycle, in addition to supporting and deputising for senior staff within the AA&SA team. Please note that the Academic Administration and Student Affairs office may undergo a period of re-structure during the term of this post and therefore the responsibilities/ duties listed in the job descrption are an indication of the type of duties currently assigned to the post and may be altered.
