The Insights & Analytics team builds the customer-facing analytics and insights features inside the SoSafe platform, helping security leaders understand human risk, benchmark their organisation, and make data-driven decisions.
Here's how you'll make a difference:
Drive the transformation of SoSafe’s customer-facing Insights & Analytics product enabling security leaders to understand human risk and measure the impact of their security awareness programs.
Translate the Insights & Analytics strategy into shipped product capabilities used by customers every day, including ROI indicators, benchmarking, and enriched risk scoring.
Build and guide a product engineering team, delivering customer-facing analytics features staying deeply involved in architecture, coding, reviews, and technical decision-making.
Drive the expansion of SoSafe’s risk signal catalogue and integrations, enabling richer insights, better scoring models, and more actionable recommendations inside the product.
Unify and evolve the Analytics experience within the SoSafe platform into a cohesive and adoptable customer journey, reducing fragmentation and improving clarity.
Act as a technical and strategic partner to Product, Data, and customer-facing stakeholders to ensure the insights delivered in the product create measurable customer value.
What makes you a great fit:
You are a hands-on technical leader who enjoys building customer-facing products and still writes code regularly.
You have experience building analytics, or insights features within a product, such as dashboards, reporting experiences, benchmarking tools, or decision-support interfaces used by customers.
You are comfortable working in cross-functional product teams together with Product Managers and Designers to deliver features that customers rely on.
You can operate in ambiguous environments and turn strategy into execution with clear priorities and momentum.
You bring strong architectural thinking and care deeply about trust, data quality, performance, and long-term maintainability.
You can lead, mentor, and grow engineers while holding a high bar for delivery, ownership, and stakeholder communication.
Experience with B2B SaaS products, analytics experiences, or security/risk platforms is a strong advantage, but product mindset and customer empathy matter just as much.
