We at O'Reilly's Food Truck are looking for a Food Truck Assistant to join our fantastic team in Bandon.
This role is based at our award-winning Food Truck on the Clonakilty Road, Bandon. The hours of work for this position is as follows:
5 pm. to close
5 days a week (variable days, including weekends)
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Food preparation and cooking
Excellent customer service
Maintain a clean and organised work environment in accordance with HACCP guidelines
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and temperature control
Taking orders are serving customers
Service of food to customers to the standards set by the Company
Food assembly and service of same in an efficient manner
Job requirements:
Previous experience in the food service industry
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Previous cooking or similar experience preferred
Knowledge of food safety requirements
People person with exceptional demonstrated customer service qualities and a positive can do attitude
Demonstrate impeccable time management and reliability
Proficiency of the English language
