SPAR Racefield is seeking an experienced Fresh Food Manager to join our team. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our fresh food operations, including production, inventory management, and customer service.
The Role:
Lead a team of Deli Assistants and support staff to ensure high-quality products are consistently produced
Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet demand
Create and update recipes, ensuring consistency and quality
Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
