Successful candidate will have previous 2 years retail experience.

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in a retail management role
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
