Location: Dublin – alternative locations; London & Luxembourg
Reporting Line: Reporting to the Managing Director, EMEA Head of Accounting Product
Who We Are Looking For
The Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Fund Accounting Product Manager is a senior product role responsible for driving the strategy, evolution, and commercial success of Fund Accounting product across Europe and selected emerging markets, including the Middle East.
This role supports Asset Managers, Asset Owners and Insurers operating across multiple European domiciles, requiring a strong understanding of regional regulatory diversity, operating model variation, and market maturity differences.
While key European fund centres remain important, the remit is not limited to any single domicile and includes supporting new and developing markets as our Fund Accounting franchise continues to expand.
We are looking for a product leader with deep fund accounting domain expertise, strong commercial judgement, and the ability to translate diverse market, regulatory, and client needs into scalable, technology‑enabled product solutions. The successful candidate will help ensure our Fund Accounting offering remains competitive, resilient, and growth‑oriented.

- Design and deliver straightforward, scalable, and operationally sustainable solutions
- Set product direction, prioritising investment, and defining the enterprise view of Fund Accounting capabilities
- Execute day‑to‑day product deliverables to the high standards expected by clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders
- Contribute meaningfully to the growth and competitiveness of our EMEA Accounting business

What You Will Be Responsible For
Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
- Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap for defined Fund Accounting capabilities within the broader EMEA accounting ecosystem
- Ensure alignment of individual products with end‑to‑end accounting platforms, operating models, and adjacent service offerings
- Drive product strategy across Asset Manager, Asset Owner and Insurance segments across mature and emerging European markets
Market, Client & Regulatory Enablement
- Conduct market and industry research to identify trends impacting existing products and opportunities for new or adjacent offerings
- Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory and accounting requirements across major European markets and fund structures
- Be the face of Accounting Product - act as a product SME in client meetings, due diligence, RFPs, and onboarding discussions, particularly for complex or non‑standard mandates
Commercial & Growth Support
- Partner with Sales and Chief Commercial organisation to support business growth, including pipeline review, opportunity shaping, and solution positioning
- Support pricing, commercial structuring, and margin improvement initiatives
- Own or contribute to business cases for product development, including cost/benefit analysis and ROI tracking
Operating Model, Technology & Transformation
- Maintain a strong pulse on service delivery outcomes to identify product improvement opportunities
- Drive standardisation and business process improvement across Fund Accounting
- Partner with Technology and Operations to deliver modern, scalable, and control‑focused solutions, leveraging best‑of‑breed and proprietary platforms
Product Governance & Industry Engagement
- Support product governance forums, documentation, and decision‑making processes
- Drive industry initiative research, thought leadership, and internal/external communication related to Fund Accounting
- Ensure clear articulation of product positioning and differentiation in the market
Leadership & Collaboration
- Operate effectively in a matrixed global organisation, balancing assertiveness with collaboration
- Act as a role model for ownership, accountability, and outcome‑driven execution
What We Value
Skills and Experience That Will Help You Succeed
- Proven experience in Product Management, Product Development, or Business Analysis within financial services (asset servicing, fund administration, fintech, or related)
- Strong Fund Accounting operational knowledge, including daily NAV production and control frameworks
- In‑depth understanding of accounting requirements for regulated & unregulated/alternative fund structures across major European domiciles
- Demonstrated experience delivering change and improvement in complex operating environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a high‑visibility, senior stakeholder engagement
- Confident, structured thinker who can simplify complexity and influence desired business and client outcomes
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- Professional qualifications (e.g. accounting designation, CFA) advantageous but not required
Additional Requirements / Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of industry best‑of‑breed investment accounting platforms is a strong advantage
