We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factor Integration (CPI) Consultant to join our dynamic IT Service Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for SF Integration with other systems that support critical business functions. You will collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders for day-to-day operations and projects.
Your responsibilities:
- Design, creation, implementation and operation of Security Procedures and System Access Management for all SAP modules.
- Configure applications to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes.
- Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization
- Designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
- Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Must have Certification on CPI
- Experience in developing inbound and outbound interfaces to/from the cloud to SuccessFactors and other products.
- Experience in configuration and extension of standard iFlows.
- Experience in defining custom iFlows, local & exception sub-processes, exception handling.
- Must have worked on at least 2 integration projects with SAP CPI . Must have worked with SuccessFactors APIs- SOAP as well as ODATA.
- Experience in working with Integration with SuccessFactors module.
- At least 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Certification of any other SAP SuccessFactors module
- Experience on Conduct discovery meetings with customers, identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements.
- Good to have Knowledge in scripting languages (Java Scripts) Designing, implementing, and supporting complex integration with ERP and Non- ERP
