Job Title : Contact Person : Sarah Jane Delany Job ID : 040783 ARC Hub for ICT Development Support Lead (Post from June 2026 to Dec 2029) The Development Support Lead will support Translational Researchers (TRs) in the technical development and rollout of the ARC Hub ICT projects on their path to commercialisation. Reporting to the Development Support Manager, the Development Support Lead will assist researcher-led project teams translate their ideas into prototypes and MVPs.   A key aspect of this role is to guide research projects through rapid and iterative development cycles. A solid understanding of agile and practical experience in its application is essential. The Development Support Lead is responsible for working with the TRs to interpret and define the technical requirements of the projects, including the scope and resourcing of the project on an ongoing basis, specifically: Providing high-level technical architecture advice for early-stage projects; Helping translate research outputs into structured development tasks; Assisting teams in setting up and maintaining development environments (e.g., repos, containers, etc.); Promoting, applying, and educating project teams in agile methodologies; Assisting teams in coordinating development pipelines and managing schedules for technical deliverables; Ensuring teams follow software engineering best practices; Coordinating with project teams to identify technical needs, blockers, and dependencies; Advising on the coordination of testing frameworks; Advising on packaging software for deployment; Status reporting on individual projects; 23-Mar-2026 Click on the link(s) below to view documents Filesize Applicant Guide 698.2 Data Protection Notice 171.6 Candidate Brief 458.7 Apply for Job Return to Search
