Maintenance Operative/ Painter

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to join our team.

This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and well-presented operation of all internal and external areas across the property. The Maintenance Operative will work closely with the Engineering team to support a high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general DYI and painting tasks
• Submit requests to reorder supplies and spare parts as required to the Manager
• Assist in performing a preventive maintenance programme
• Maintain equipment, tools, and machinery in good working order
• Submit reports to the Engineering Manager on the condition of buildings and equipment
• Assist in performing emergency work regarding fire, water, electricity, and other essential services
• Maintain a high standard of work while performing duties and responsibilities
• Follow all company procedures and policies and cooperate in maintaining them
• Monitor the aesthetics and ensure the upkeep and immaculate appearance of the hotel
• Basic IT skills required
• Safe Pass ideally (training provided)
