The Opportunity

As General Manager, you will lead all aspects of the business, driving exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong commercial performance across the Restaurant, Café, and Deli.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, inspires high-performing teams, and has the vision and energy to continually elevate the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy, performance, and day-to-day operations of Wright & Sons.
• Inspire, develop, and retain a talented management and operational team.
• Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and outstanding hospitality.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, labour efficiency, and key business KPIs.
• Identify innovative opportunities to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Partner closely with culinary and marketing teams to deliver engaging events, promotions, and seasonal experiences.
• Ensure consistently exceptional service and guest satisfaction across all areas of the business.
• Strengthen Wright & Sons' reputation within Kildare Village and the local community.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Lead on-site events and collaborate closely with the Kildare Village team and wider retail community.

• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in labour management, cost control, and financial performance.
