JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Administration Support
Purpose of Job: To provide essential administrative support to Threshold’s Operations Department.
Reports to: CE Supervisor
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Data/Reporting
- Assist in review of current data collection and reporting
- Assist in the creation of new data fields to improve Threshold’s reporting capability.
- Generating reports; some data cleaning; creating pivot tables as required
- Generation of Charts relevant to data request.
- Any other relevant tasks
Quality
- Creation of process documents.
- Quality assurance review of CRM to ensure fields are correctly utilized.
- Assist with the creation of standardised training materials.
- Assist in researching new training for various departments
- Assist in creating template documents for use by frontline staff.
- Any other relevant tasks
Systems
- Assist in researching and test-driving new software and platforms
- Assist in creation of Operations SharePoint site.
- Assist with new data/reporting systems: Power Bi.
- Assist with maintenance of threshold Equipment Tracker.
- Any other relevant tasks
Skills Requirements
- Good Communication skills, both written and verbal
- A good level of IT skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to follow instruction and act on own initiative
- Commitment to learning and developing
Induction and ongoing training will be provided both in-house and externally.
