Description
Job Summary:
- Supporting the rollout of a best‑in‑class health and safety management system across the organisation
- Helping develop and maintain risk assessment processes and identifying related training needs
- Providing practical, operational safety guidance to venues, events, festivals, concerts, and touring productions
- Coaching and mentoring teams to strengthen safety knowledge and behaviours
- Helping build engaged safety communities and contributing to a positive safety culture
- Assisting with the development, interpretation, and reporting of key safety metrics
- Administering safety audit programmes across business units
- Working with external safety consultants on specialist compliance projects
- Monitoring upcoming legislation and guidance to ensure the business stays ahead of requirements
